1.1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the conditions of the BUILDINVEST game, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”, and is aimed at a person who would like to receive the services of the Game (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) as a “Participant” »).)

1.2. In order to begin receiving the Services, the participant expressly, fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of this Agreement, and if you do not agree to any of the terms of the Agreement, the Organizer offers you to refuse to use its services.

1. 3. The organizer and the participant recognize the procedure and the form of the conclusion of this agreement as equivalent to the legal force of the written agreement.

2.1 Terms and definitions.

Piggy Playground - Software and Hardware A complex of physical devices and software, on the global Internet, designed to organize leisure and recreation.

Pigra «BUILDINVEST», economic online game «Virtual online money» is a separate and unique name of the playground owned by the organizer and is located in the addresses on the BUILDINVEST Internet, where the organizer provides services for the participant in the organization of his entertainment, Leisure and recreation in the manner provides endorsements in this agreement.

Piggy inventory - the conditional game unit for participation in the game, called «Silver», the place of accounting and storage of which is the participant's game account in electronic form in the format of the accounting system of the game platform «BUILDINVEST».

Irovoy account - virtual account of the game participant, which is made available by the organizer to each participant in the playground for the accounting of the game inventory (silver).

3.1. The subject of this agreement is that the organizer grants the participant services for leisure and recreation in the game "BUILDINVEST" in accordance with the terms of this agreement. These services include, in particular, the following services: services for the purchase and sale of play equipment (silver), keeping records of relevant information: movements in the play account, provision of measures for the identification and safety of participants, development of software integrated into the playground and external applications, information and other services for the organization of the game and maintenance of the participant in his process on the website of the organizer.

3.2. The game as a whole, including all of its elements or any related external game application, is created for entertainment purposes only. The participant acknowledges that they will enjoy all of the activities in the game on the playground. The participant agrees that depending on the characteristics of his account, the degree of his participation in the game will be available to varying degrees.

3.3. The participant agrees that he is personally responsible for all actions with game components (silver): purchase, sale, input and output as well as for game actions on a playground: creation, purchase sale, operations with all game elements and other game attributes and the objects, which are used for the game process.

3.4. The participant acknowledges that the degree and the opportunity to participate in the entertainment on the game server are the main qualities of the service offered to him.

The rights and obligations of the parties.

4.1 Participants' rights and obligations.

4.1.1. Only persons who have reached the civil law capacity according to the laws of the country in which they are resident can be admitted to the game “BUILDINVEST”. All consequences of non-compliance with this condition are borne by the participant.

4.1.2. The extent and type of participation in the game is determined by the participant, but must not contradict this agreement and the rules of the playground.

4.1.2. A participant owes:

4.1.2.1. truthfully provide information about you during registration and at the first request of the organizer to provide reliable information about your identity that will allow you to identify them as the owner of the in-game account;

4.1.2.2. not to use the game for activities that are contrary to international law and the laws of the country in which the participant is domiciled;

4.1.2.3. Do not use undocumented features (bugs) and software bugs of the game and immediately inform the organizer about them and about the people using these bugs;

4.1.2.4. Do not use external programs to get in-game advantages.

4.1.2.5. Do not use for advertising your affiliate links, as well as the resource it contains, mailings and other types of messages to people who have not expressed consent to receive them (spam);

4.1.2.6. has no right to restrict the access of other participants or other people to the game, is obliged to treat the participants of the game as well as the organizer, his partners and employees with respect and correctness, not to disturb the work of the latter;

4.1.2.7. Do not deceive the organizer and the participants of the game;

4.1.2.8. do not use profanity and insults in any form;

4.1.2.9. not to denigrate the actions of other players and the administration;

4.1.2.10. not to threaten violence and physical harm;

4.1.2.11. do not distribute materials that promote rejection or hatred of any race, religion, culture, nation, people, language, politics, state, ideology or social movement;

4.1.2.12. Do not advertise pornography, drugs, or resources containing such information.

4.1.2.13. Do not use any acts, terminology, or jargon to disguise the participant's violation of obligations;

4.1.2.14. to take care of the necessary computer and other security measures, to keep them secret and not to transfer your identification data: login, account password, etc. to another person or another participant in order to prevent unauthorized access to the mailbox specified in the profile prevent the subscriber's account. The participant bears the risk of negative consequences of disclosing this data, as the participant agrees that the information security system of the playground excludes the transmission of login, password and identification information of the participant account to third parties;

4.1.2 .15. Independently bear personal responsibility for the conduct of their financial transactions and operations, the Promoter is not responsible for financial acts between players in the transfer of gaming devices and in-game currency, as well as other gaming attributes.

4.2 Rights and obligations of the organizer.

4.2.1. The organizer must:

4.2.1.2. Maintain records of game inventory (silver) in the player's account.

4.2.1.3. regularly improve the hardware and software complex, but do not guarantee that the software of the game does not contain bugs and that the hardware does not come out of the operating parameters and work properly.

4.2.1.4. Compliance with the confidentiality regime with regard to the personal data of the participant in accordance with paragraph 6 of this agreement.

4.2.1.5. To enter into financial commitments to ensure equivalent course costs for game shares (silver) on the participant's game account. The exchange rate value of the game inventory (silver) is: 100 silver = 1 ruble. When withdrawing funds from the project, the rate can be changed both up and down. 4.2.2. The organizer has the right:

4.2.2.2. provide the participant with additional chargeable services, their list, as well as the order and the conditions of use, which are determined by this agreement, the rules of the playground and other announcements of the organizer. At the same time, the organizer has the right to change the number and volume of the chargeable services offered as well as their costs, names, type and purpose of use at any time.

4.2.2.3. suspend the operation of this Agreement and disconnect a participant from participating in the Game at the time of the investigation on grounds of the participant's suspicion of violating this Agreement and the rules of the Playground.

4.2.2.4. Exclusion of a participant from the game if it is found that the participant has violated this agreement or the rules laid down on the playground in the order 5.10 of this agreement.

4.2.2.5. to partially or completely interrupt the provision of services without warning the participant during the renovation, repair and maintenance work on the construction site.

4.2.2.6. The organizer is not liable for the incorrect functioning of the game software. The participant uses the software on “AS IS” (“AS IS”). If the Organizer determines that the game failed in the operation of the website (error), the results that occurred during the incorrect operation of the software may be canceled or adjusted at the discretion of the Organizer. The participant undertakes not to inform the organizer about the quality, quantity, order and conditions of the gaming opportunities and services offered.

4.3. The organizer has the right to confiscate the entire inventory of the game and to restrict access to the user account if it is not active. Failure to do so means the complete cessation of use of the account for 45 calendar days.

Guarantee and responsibility.

5.1. The organizer does not guarantee permanent and continuous access to the playground and its services in the event of technical problems and / or unforeseen circumstances, including: incorrect operation or non-functioning of internet providers, information servers, banking and payment systems as well as illegal acts by third parties. The organizer will endeavor to avoid errors, but is not responsible for temporary technical malfunctions and interruptions in the game, regardless of the causes of such errors.

5.2. The participant fully agrees that the organizer cannot be held liable for losses suffered by the participant in connection with illegal acts by third parties, the violation of the security system of electronic devices and databases of the game or for interruptions, suspensions or blocks aim to terminate the channels and communication networks used for interaction with the subscriber, as well as illegal or unreasonable actions by payment systems and third parties.

5.3. The organizer is not liable for losses that arise through the use or non-use of information about the game, the rules of the game and the game by the participant, and is not liable for losses or other damage caused by his unqualified actions and ignorance of the rules of the game or the participant his / her errors in calculations;

5.4. The participant agrees that he can use the playground voluntarily and at his own risk. The organizer gives no guarantee to the participant that he or she will benefit or will benefit from participating in the game. The degree of participation in the game is determined by the participant.

5.5. The organizer is not liable to the participant for the actions of other participants.

5.6. In the event of disputes and differences of opinion on the playground, the decision of the organizer is final and the participant fully agrees. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation. In the event of non-fulfillment of the agreement through negotiations, disputes, disagreements and claims arising from this agreement are to be settled in accordance with the applicable laws.

5.7. The organizer does not bear the tax burden for the participant. The participant is obliged to include the possible income in the tax return in accordance with the legislation of the country of residence.

5.8. The organizer can unilaterally make changes to this agreement, the rules of the playground and other documents. If the documents are changed, the organizer will store the latest versions of the documents on the playground. All changes take effect when you post. The participant has the right to terminate this contract within 3 days if he does not agree to the changes. In this case, the contract will be terminated in accordance with Section 5.9 of this Agreement. The participant is obliged to visit the application of the game regularly in order to familiarize himself with the official documents and news.

5.9. The participant has the right to unilaterally terminate this contract without receiving a game account. In this case, all costs related to participation in the game, game equipment (silver), located in the player's account, the participant will not be compensated and will not be refunded.

5.10. The Promoter has the right to unilaterally terminate this contract and take other actions that limit the possibilities of the game with regard to the participant or the group of participants who are partners in the identified violations of the terms of this contract. In this case, all game attributes, game inventory (silver) on the account and on the game account of the participant or group of participants, as well as all costs are non-refundable and non-refundable.
