2. Data We Collect

Contact form: when you send us a message we process the data you enter (nickname or wallet, e-mail address, phone number if provided, subject and message text). This data is transmitted to our mailbox by e-mail and is used solely to answer your request. It is not stored in a database on this website and is not used for marketing.

Server logs: our web server automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). These logs are used for security and troubleshooting only and are deleted automatically after a short retention period.

Game account: if you register in the BUILDinvest application, we process the registration data you provide there (login, e-mail, game account balance and transaction history) to operate the game, keep account records and prevent abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

This website embeds Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) on the contact page and loads fonts from Google Fonts. When these resources are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. 4. Legal Basis
