How to play BUILDinvest

The ten property categories

Categories are ranked. The order matters far beyond price — the bank credit, for example, can only be closed with properties of the same category or higher.

Real estate portfolio

The core of BUILDinvest is a portfolio of virtual properties. Ten categories are ranked from a private house up to an airport — the higher the category, the higher the entry price and the income base. You buy properties with silver, the in-game currency, and they stay in your portfolio and generate profit.

• A private house costs 8 000 silver, a factory about 138 000 silver.
• Properties are bought from the purchase budget of your game account.
• The system calculates profit once per hour for every property you own.

Income and collecting profit

Profit accrues automatically once per hour, but it does not collect itself. You have to open the app and collect it at least once every seven days — after seven days the counter resets to zero and starts again from your next visit. The profit rate is not fixed and can rise or fall.

Referral program — 7 levels

Players you invite directly form your first referral level and pay you the highest commission. Levels two through seven are indirect referrals. Your referral has to enter your nickname in the “Your referral” field in their profile — this can still be done after registration.

• Level 1 (direct referral): 10% commission in silver.
• Levels 2 to 7 (indirect referrals): 1% commission in silver.
• Commission is paid from the top-ups of your referrals.
• The referral must save your nickname in their profile for it to count.

Real estate market

Beyond buying from the system, players trade properties with each other on the in-game real estate market. Trading requires a licence, and every sale offer has a fee and a lifetime.

• A trading licence costs 1 000 silver and is valid for one year.
• Creating a sale offer costs 50 silver.
• An offer stays live for 7 days and then expires automatically.
• Without a licence you can neither buy nor sell on the market.

Bank — interest-free credit

The bank finances one property and takes no money back — there is no repayment and no interest. Instead of paying the loan back you commit to expanding your portfolio: twelve more properties of the same category or higher within twelve months, one per month.

• The loan equals the price of one property; that property enters your portfolio immediately, no cash is paid out.
• Within 12 months you buy 12 more properties of the same category or higher — one per month, starting the first day of the next month.
• A property of a lower category does not count towards the credit.
• Buy the whole volume at once and the credit closes early.
• One credit per category — several credits can run in parallel in different categories.
• Miss a monthly purchase and you have 24 hours to fix it; otherwise a fine equal to the loan is charged, the financed property is confiscated and the credit line closes for one month.

Tax and donations

The game runs a tax year from 1 January to 31 December. Only the portfolio is taxed. Paying on time is much cheaper than being caught by the penalty rate, and donating in December removes the tax entirely.

• Regular tax: 1.5% of the portfolio, payable 1–31 January.
• Non-regular tax: 2.5% of the portfolio and the purchase budget.
• Penalty tax: 10% deducted automatically on 31 December.
• Donation: 1% of total property, available 1–30 December — pay it and you owe no tax.

Top-ups and withdrawals

Silver can be withdrawn once you reach the minimum amount. Payouts go out to a crypto wallet on the Binance Smart Chain, and processing normally takes a few days.

• Minimum amount to create a payout request: 8 000 silver.
• Payouts in USDT BEP20 on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
• Withdrawal fee is 0% to 6% depending on the amount and is charged by the payment systems.
• Payouts usually take 3 to 7 days.
• Converting or exchanging adds 20% extra silver to the purchase budget.

Battle, bonuses and bankruptcy

Alongside the portfolio there are short-form activities that pay out silver, and a hard floor that ends an account.

• Battle: bet 10 to 100 silver on the price going up (CALL) or down (PUT) over 1, 2 or 3 minutes.
• Promotional video: 50 silver per video watched.
• Monthly draw: invite friends for a chance to win a private house worth 8 000 silver.
• Bankruptcy: at a total debt of −500 000 silver the account is deleted and you have to register again.
